Coachman Insurance warns of policy payment scam

Coachman Insurance has recently been made aware of customers receiving phone calls from unknown people alleging to be collecting payment for Coachman Insurance policies.
These phone calls are fraudulent. Neither Coachman Insurance nor third-party collection agencies are currently contacting customers by phone regarding late or missed payments.
If you receive a call of this nature, we recommend the following actions:
- End the call as soon as possible and do not reveal any personal/banking information.
- If possible, make note of the incoming phone number.
- Contact your insurance broker, who can confirm your account standing and payment preferences. They will also report instances of these calls to Coachman Insurance.
- Contact local law enforcement.
