Collisions happen! So don't panic.
After you ensure everyone is safe, contact emergency officials if needed. If other motorists are involved, and it's possible, get their names, along with their jurisdictions and the numbers of their driver's licences and licence plates. It's also very important to get the names and contact information of any witnesses who may have seen the collision or incident.
